Partition table with app, EEPROM and SPIFFS only?

I am shying away from writing my own partition table, so I am interested if someone has one in stock that serves these conditions:
  • for DevkitC board with 4MB flash
  • no OTA
  • 2kB of EEPROM
  • 1.5-2MB app space
  • the remainder used as SPIFFS
