Only in the case of other tasks are idle,can continuously sending udp packets via wifi succeed.Right?

Only in the case of other tasks are idle,can continuously sending udp packets via wifi succeed.Right?

According to my test,in the application layer ,only in the case of other tasks are idle,can continuously sending udp packets via wifi succeed.
I am not sure.Is that right?
