Nice to meet all of you chaps, Timmins, Ontario, Canada here. Seasoned Arduino user (no expert by any means) but ESP32 newbie. I am working on a little project and got sorta stuck on BLE connection.
Basically, I have a set of head phones that I paired with my iPhone. It is discoverable in my settings and I connect. If they go dead or shut off or go out of range, they disconnect. As soon as they are seen again (charged, turned on or become in range) they reconnect.
I would like to this exact thing with my ESP32 and Arduino IDE.
I have tried A LOT of different codes out there, but none will reconnect automatically and that's what I'm after. Basically, BLE.uart example with an auto connect souped up version. I even tried a passcode snippet from NKolban but I get errors. If any one can lend a hand, I'd appreciate it.
