code for sending(printing) the data

Hello people,

I am trying to send a data(printf value from my c program) to the android serial monitor . I am confused on how to proceed . I saw many videos on youtube, niel's example(but that comes in c++) i just need to make everything in C. I also made research about ble api and stuffs for almost a week and im still out. I couldnt see library for ble on C program(except for examples, that's kinda hard).
