ESP32 Flash Download Tool - What does a filename highlighted in red mean?

Hi,

I'm trying to use the ESP32 Flash Download tool. It appears to be largely functional except for two things: When I tell it I want to download ota_data_initial.bin (at 0xD000) and bootloader.bin (at 0x1000), it highlights those two files with a red background and refuses to do the download. If I remove those two files from the configuration, leaving just my application (at 0x10000) and the partition table (at 0x8000), it works just fine.

Anyone have any idea why it doesn't like bootloader.bin and ota_data_initial_bin?
