ESP32 WROOM32U JTAG AS A GPIO

Hello,

I am using ESP32-WROOM-32U module.
Here I want to use JTAG pin either GPIO or JTAG and for that I am IO34(Pin#6) as a Input pin for selection mode.
IO34(Pin#6) will detect either 1 or 0. If it will detect 0 then IO12-15 are work as a GPIO and 1 then work as JTAG. This pins are handled by Mux\Demux Switch.

Out of 3 Boards, this logic is working in 1 Board Only and in 2 Board the behavior is randomly changed.
Please find the Schematic in attachment for your reference (Switch is not added now, it is on GP Board).
