esp32 adafruit feather with battery

Hi,
As long as the "esp32 adafruit feather" is connected to my PC, all 10 touch signals (T0-T9) work just fine. When I disconnect USB Cable from the board and run it from battery, the touchs stop working (I try with IO27, touch7). when I put my hand on the USB Port or any GND Pin, the touch work.
I connect UCB cable to the board without connecting it to the PC, I test and the touch work.
is there any solution for this problem?
