BLE Only Read .(Data:steps and days) From ESP32 to app android

Hello,
I am making a project with esp32 and smartphone app android. Currently, I can save the steps by the user each day in preferences.h, but i need to send a complete week, a pair of days and steps each day, using BLE.
The idea is when the device is connected by BLE, push a button syncronice in smartphone, and send all data in a week to the app and storage...it is posible?? I have tried diferents examples from Neil K. but i can't make this, because i dont know how only read the data from the devise, could someone guide me please?
