partition bin on 0x4000 or on 0x8000 ?

I've seen both options and I'm confused which one to use.
In partition-tables.rst it is 0x4000
In general-notes.rst it is 0x8000

Do both describe different cases ?

In summary, the parition table is now at flash address 0x8000.
