BLE Sniffing Suggestions

Hi all!

I bought a nRF52-DK and an Ubertooth-One from mouser yesterday. Not sure which is easier to configure with Wireshark. I prefer to use it with Windows, since wireshark has a 2.6 available, whereas Linux only has 2.2 at present.

So. I need your advice... Anyone used the Nordic device or the Ubertooth? Anyone willing to let me do an IRC chat to help me get mine set up, if I need it?

The intent is to compare the password/connect negotiation my Logitech K780 does to what the BLE SampleHIDKeyboard does on bonding. I also want to see what happens when the device is turned on/off and back on. I want to see why notifications cease on the SampleHIDKeyboard. The SampleHIDKeyboard routinely chokes the BTdriver on my Microsoft Surface, and I'm trying to divine why...

I bought a BLE sniffer from adafruit and followed the instructions from this page using a new Windows 10 laptop. Worked with wireshark. I didn't have any issues following the instructions.
