Problem with Debugging in Eclipse

Hi,

i have sometimes a problem when i want to debug in eclipse.
Sometimes when i start debugging the process hangs in Thread#1 Running: User Request (See Picture).
Then i have to stop debugging and try it again.
Sometimes i have to stop and try it 10 times or more to get at the breakpoint in app_main.
Has anyone a solution?
