使用ESP32 S3芯片设计产品后发现有时候WIFI连接苦难，有时候连接很顺利
现象描述：断电重启后某些时段断电重启测试10次有5次连接失败，打印日志：

某些时段断电开关机150次，每次都能成，把WIFI设置为连接失败或断网后重新连接，尝试很多次后才成功连上，但是有时候一直连不上，连接多次成功后的打印日志：

以上问题复现概率大的都是使用了板载天线，当使用IPEX4座子插入外部FPC天线后概率会小很多，可能一百次出现1次，然后使用“ESP32-S3-Korvo-2”开发板对比测试100次，第83次出现1次
