Espressif 3 - JTAG not working

Hello,
i just switched from Espressif IDE 2.8 to 3.0 and i have some critical problems:
- USB/Jtag interface does not work, i cannot debug with ESP32-S3 anymore. I think it's a problem of OpenOCD (it returns ridiculous errors, such as "Algorithm is already running", as you can see in the attached log), i tried on 3 different PCs with 3 different versions of Windows, with 3 different IDF versions (5.1, 5.2 and 5.3).

- The new version of Eclipse is nightmarish, code browsing menu in the C editor is not present anymore. Instead installing the same IDE version on another PC the C editor seems to be the working old one.

All versions of Espressif IDE have some not-blocking problems since the beginning of time:
- Code indexing does not work (it works only with the full moon, few days a month)
- The JTAG interface is a crap, it's veeeeery slow, OpenOCD is terrible it seems a software from the good old eighties running from a datassette.

Anyone using USB-JTag interface with IDE 3.0?
