wolfSSL encryption support in ESP-IDF esp-tls component

wolfSSL Pull Request #7936 "wolfSSL esp-tls and Certificate Bundle Support" was merged today and will be included in the next release! For more details:

The encryption libraries previously worked in a project; however, this update lets components in the ESP-IDF such as the esp-tls and http libraries leverage the power and flexibility of wolfSSL, wolfcrypt, TLS 1.3, PQ (Post Quantum), ShāngMì 4 (SM4), and more.

The wolfSSL Managed Component can be found here:

It will typically be updated in the days following the wolfSSL published release.

The latest wolfSSL can always be used in a project as well. This is typically more flexible than the Managed Component.
