The esp8285 cannot flash software using the uart0

I have designed a 2.4G receiver board, but it cannot using the uart0 flash software. Could you please help me check what is wrong?
At first I thought it was caused by the capacitance of the reset pin, but it still didn't work after I replaced 100nf with 1uf. Check the data sent from the serial port to the chip. So I don't know what the problem is, can you check it for me?
