esp32 pairing with a hearing aid

Hello. I would like to ask for your help in implementing a project. Unfortunately, I am hearing impaired, which means that one ear is completely damaged, and the other ear is 70% damaged. In order to hear it, I got a B Phonak P5 hearing aid for that ear and I can hear just fine with it. I like fishing, but I don't always hear that if I have a bite, and I thought I would make an esp32 project that, if I have a bite, sends a sound message to my B Phonak hearing device with the bluetooth esp32. Unfortunately, I don't know what I can do to make this happen. Could someone help me with this with a source code that I can insert into esp wroom32?
