开始折腾自定义at的工程，通过powershall按照给的guide去执行每一步，

clone和build看起来都正常，能下载全所需的组件，但每次想要build执行python build.py menuconfig总是报如下错误。
请教下这个是什么原因导致的，代码没有修改，都是直接clone下来的。
