Error when installing Espressif IDE version 5.2

Dear all,
I have de-installed the Espressif IDE version 5.1.2 and downloaded the Windows installer "esp-idf-tools-setup-online-2.24.exe". When I launched the installer, I check the boxed for installing Espressif IDE and all the ESP32 versions offered.

It gets far into the installation process, but the following error code pops up:

"Installation has failed with exit code 127"

What does that mean?

What should I do to repair the installation?

Now there is an offline Windows installer for version 5.2. That works for me.
