Classic Bluetooth AT command set

Trying to get my Esp32-WROVER-IE module to connect to legacy classic Bluetooth devices. I need additional information on how the CoD command is used since I think I am missing some detail. Is there a more complete discussion on the details of all the Classic Bluetooth AT commands? I need more information than is included in the Esp-AT User Guide. Thank you.
