Is there any official document that reflects the erasable number of spiffs of the espc3 or esp8685 series?

I have it in my internal chat history that internal flash is specified to 100,000 cycles, so you can assume that. We're in the process of formalizing this so we can also put it in the datasheets of those chips.

Btw, note that this is the amount of erase cycles for each physical sector of flash. Spiffs from what I recall implements wear leveling, which means that for simple things like creating and deleting a file, you get a lot more than those 100K cycles (as spiffs spreads that wear over multiple sectors).
