"Big" Example Repo

Hi ESP-IDF,

The Stock Examples from ESP-IDF are topic-orientate. Many Youtube Tutorial Code repos (Big thank for Kolban & pcbreflux) are also simplyfied for demostrating very specific technik. I'd like to have some complexer examples that orchestrate really complexer jobs.

How "Big" should it be: As far as I wisch: A "SD-Card NAS", that run a webserver task handle big file upload/download, deliver a human friendly GUI, and at the sametime run a ledTask to indicate the server status. All the uploaded/downloaded file are write/read from SD card controlled by SDcardTask.
