Matter:all_device_types_app example

Good afternoon (o;

We are in the process of evaluating Espressif products for our product line and test therefore the Matter examples.

The all_device_types_app example seems to be the only one featuring a temperature sensor when creating it in the console.

But:

Where does the 0.0°C value come from? Is it hardcoded internally to this value?

How would I go about to add a real value from an external I2C/SPI sensor?
