Debugging issues with Builtin_USB_JTAG

Hi Everyone,


I am working with ESP32-C3 WIFI Module and the tool is Espressif-IDE. I have successfully flashing the code by using ESP_USB_SERIAL_JTAG . When I try to debug the code sometimes it is not switching into the debug mode and sometimes it is switching into the debug mode but showing errors like below. I didn't understand problem ,Please help me to solve this problem.
