My project is to show metadata of songs (artist, album,...) from an Android phone to a Tft screen connected to an esp32 via bluetooth.
I found a solution of using AVRCP protocol.
All of this works fine but I have a problem. When I connect the Esp to my phone I can't use the speaker of my phone to ear the music.
The metadata are send but the audio data too I think via the a2dp protocol.
Is there a way to transmit only metadata from my phone(If I understand well only AVRCP data without A2DP)?
I'm open to all alternative.
