How to measure receiver sensitivity of ESP32-C3 acting as an accesspoint ?

Hello!
I configured ESP32-C3 to act as an access point and an HTTP server. I want to measure the receiver sensitivity of it. I found ESP RF Test Tool on Espressif Website, which seems helpful. However, ESP RF Test Guide says the tool needs an RF tester to work. Is there another way to use ESP RF Test Tool without an RF tester?
