ESP32 WDT Unstable

I use internal task WDT with Esp32 and look like WDT work properly. Esp32 can reset itself when got into freeze state.
But after 2-3 weeks run. The WDT not reset it self and not go back to running state. But after press reset button, the Esp32 back to work properly. Anyone face with this issue or known the cause of this problem. Please advise how to solve this problem.
