ESP32CAM Pan Tilt Servos dont work

Hi
i have some problem with my esp32cam module with pan tilt servo attachment, when i was building it i folowed every step from this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbMzerhC4ds but my servo wont work on the first time i cant figure it out why bcs i have same version of libraries and same schematic diagram with two seperate power supplies but when i run the webServer the camera stream and led control works fine but when i try cotnrol servos they dont respond, i messure at ouptput informations pins GPIO14 and 15 1,5v. Can anyone please help me ? Code file that i use is in the descriptions below
