Get the realtime RAM, CPU and Flash memory usage

I want to get the Realtime percentage of RAM, CPU and Flash memory usage so that i can monitor the ESP32 health check.

Except for RAM (heap) usage (https://docs.espressif.com/projects/esp ... e8uint32_t) it's not trivial.
