ESP32-WROOM Program without Button

Hello,

i'm brand New to the Forum and I have a Question for you

I want to Program an ESP32-WROOM Module with an FTDI Adapter.
The whole thing should happen without a Reset and Programming Button.

There are several ways to implement this here.
But which Solution is the best ?
