Question about ISM Band Regulations

Hello, I am writing to ask about ESP32 and ESP-NOW protocol. Does the regular (without decreasing it) TX power of ESP32-WROOM-32 (PCB antenna only) comply with the EU ISM band regulations ? Does ESP-NOW protocol suitable to use in EU zone ISM bands ?

Hello, all Espressif modules comply with the CE RED standards and are certified. You can find all the certificates on Espressif website. ESP-NOW is simply a software protocol layer, so if the radio is CE Compliant, so will be the application. However, if you plan to market the product you are designing, it will have to pass the compliance tests. The lab can make good use of the tests results of the modules, that you can ask to your Espressif or Espressif distributor contact. I hope this helps.
