ESP32-S2-MINI-1 AP assign the same ip address to different clients

Hi,
I've ESP32-S2-MINI-1 configured as access point and 5 IPcameras connected to this access point,
my problem is that more ipcameras received the same IP from ESP32-S2-MINI-1, for example this is the answer to a broadcast request, each ipcameras responds two times and for example ipcamera ACTO018066 and ipcamera ACTO017101 have the same ipaddress 192.168.43.3 .

1) Is this a bug of ESP32-S2-MINI-1 ?
2) How I can solve this problem?
3) The firmware for ESP32-S2-MINI-1 is version:2.1.0.0(0b76313 - ESP32S2 - Aug 20 2020 05:57:43)

Sorry that esp-at does not have a release plan for ESP32-S2, support policy: https://github.com/espressif/esp-at/tre ... hip-series

About the same ip address issue, you can enable the debug log and Wi-Fi logs at menuconfig, and set an open AP on ESP32-S2, then capture the air packets. According to log port outputs and air packets, you should see what happened.

ESP-AT will regularly update release/v2.2.0.0_esp32 branch for ESP32-S2. Update includes vital bugfix and security repair.

means that I could use also v2.2.0.0 not only v2.1.0.0 for ESP32-S2-MINI-1 ?

after downloaded of ESP32-MINI-1_AT_Bin_V2.2.0.0.zip
and loading of ESP32-MINI-1-V2.2.0.0\factory\factory_MINI-1.bin at address : 0x0

we have the following:
