create libraries for ESP32

Hi there,
I have got my CCS811 BME280 combo breakout. However, I could not find CCS811 library for ESP32. There are two, one from Adafruit and the other from SparkFun. However, both are for Andruino.

Would someone give me some pointers, which way is better, create one from scratch or translate existing C++ to C? or I could be completely wrong, appreciate any comments.
