esp wifi issue when connecting with some special routers

Hello everyone,

I build one prototype using esp32 wroom32.
The device uses wifi and Bluetooth. when failing to connect to the router, the device uses Bluetooth.
The device communicates with AWS server using MQTT and HTTPS.
When using AVM FRITZ!Box 6591, TP Link M5 Mesh Repeaters, Virgin media routers, device frees often after 1~2 days.
After power resetting, device runs normally and the freezing issue happens again.
I attached the router log.

Please help me.
