August 2017: Caution on using ESP-IDF master with BLE

I had been finding issues with BLE using the ESP-IDF master and raised as an issue here:

It appears that the recommendation is currently to use the release version (2.1 seems to work fine) and avoid ESP-IDF master until the related issue is resolved. If you are not using BLE functions, please continue to try and use master to flush out any issues ... if we don't use master for our development then quality may decline as potential issues that creep in won't be found and reported as quickly.
