esp32自定义组件添加头文件问题

当前我使用的是release V4.3版本，Windows环境，
我自定义一个组件，但是在.h文件中添加部分头文件时，编译通不过，我添加了以下头文件
#include "nvs_flash.h"
#include "esp_bt.h"

#include "esp_gap_ble_api.h"
#include "esp_gatts_api.h"
#include "esp_bt_defs.h"
#include "esp_bt_main.h"
单个添加仍然是报错的：
../components/Robert_BLE/include/Robert_handle.h:4:10: fatal error: nvs_flash.h: No such file or directory
#include "nvs_flash.h"

请指教哪里的问题
