Cannot Configure ESP-IDF in VSCODE

After installing extension "Espressif IDF" from VSCode extension marketplace trying to configure it with unsuccessful result.

After creating the enviroment variable with name "IDF_PATH" and value (your path to idf, my is:)"E:\Dev\esp-idf" in windows 10 and update path variable with ${env:IDF_PATH} the configuration of vscode extension completed successfully, can successfully build example project but after trying to download it to esp32 board evrything breaks, because cannot open correct com port and etc....

After installing eclipse and esp-idf eclipse plugin evrything works from box without any extra step of configuration enviroment in eclipse...
Сonclusion: very dissapointed in vscode extension

Did you use the `Configure ESP-IDF extension` command to install ESP-IDF and tools ?

Can you provide some steps to reproduce? I'll check if something went wrong there. Thank you.
