ESP32-WROOM-32E (4MB) thermal specs

I am using an ESP32-WROOM-32E (4MB) and I noticed there is no information on the datasheet about thermal resistance from junction to case (R theta JC) nor for maximum allowable junction temperature. The only spec I found is maximum Operating temperature of +85 Celsius.
Could you please provide the missing spec values ?

I did a test at 40 Celsius and the top metallic cover was at about 100 Celsius. I am worried that the module will be destroyed if its junction temperature exceeds its unknown maximum allowable.
