MOSI low voltage

Im new to esp32, and I recently installed the board through the Arduino IDE. I’m running a program that uses SPI. After testing the voltage of the clock (GPIO 18) and MOSI (GPIO 23) pins, MOSI seems really low. I’m getting 0-2.7V on the clock pin, but only 0-200mV on data. Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas what’s going on?

What test gear are you using? How are you measuring?
