VSCODE extension issue with Monitor

I have installed vscode extension and using it at my office for several days without issue.

However, on my home machine I can build ok and flash ok but when I run MONITOR device I get error "The Terminal process failed to launch: Path to shell executable "powershell,exe" does not exist. Is there somewhere in vscode manually? I have a powershell in Windows 10 but if I type "where powershell" it is not found?
