Custom Esp32 wroom board - unable to connect / write firmware - Timed out waiting for packet header

Hi All,
I just received the following board but I'm unable to write firmware to it using arduino IDE
Attaching the schematics for the board.
Hope someone can help.

Your schematic does not have an auto-bootloader circuit. I assume you are using S1 and S4 to get the thing into bootloader mode? (Hold S4, press and release S1, release S4, try upload)
