MFRC522 - A fatal error occurred: Timed out waiting for packet content

Hello
I'm using esp32 Devkit v4.

the ESP connected to mfrc522 development board (https://robotdyn.com/rfid-reader-writer ... rc522.html)
using VSPI (MISO pin 12, MOSI pin 13, SS pin 15, SCP pin 14).
When i'm trying to boot or program the ESP, i get error - "A fatal error occurred: Timed out waiting for packet content"
when the MFRC522 is not connected the ESP booting properly and then i can connect the MFRC522 and everything works fine.

I also read that pin 12 should be low on booting so i suspect it had to do with this issue, has anybody encounter this situation?
b.t.w i have to use the VSPI pins, all others are taken already.
