How to install esp31B on windows 10

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I have esp31B but dont know how to install it on windows and what softwares are required to download..N will the esp31B will work on python?
Can the esp31B work on arduino like esp 8266?
If yes what additional will be required to do to work on arduino with my esp 31B

Whenever i try to compile my ESP31B beta module in Arduino .I get this type of error:

exit status -1073741515
Error compiling for board Beta ESP31B Module.
