Arkhipenko's multi client camera stream mods, number of clients

I downloaded this code:

It works well.
I'd like to do a couple of mods, one to add a pan r/c servo, and two to add the number of connected clients to the page.
I'd like to eventually add a video stream onto my weather station page.
Any pointers?
