DM9051 connection issue custom board

Hi,

I made a custom board with DM9051 connected to ESP32, see attached schematic.

I can run the basic eth example code for esp idf.

But when I connect a cable between the board and my laptop and restart the board I get connected and then directly disconnected:

Serial monitor output:
*Ethernet Connected (Yellow light and green blinking on the port on the DM9051 side)
*Your Mac address: XXXXXXXX (2 seconds after connected)
*Ethernet disconnected (2-5 seconds after Mac address)

Anyone that can point me in the right direction to find the problem?

Have you been able to fix that problem?
Thinking about also using the DM9051 instead of a LAN8742 to safe GPIOs.
