ESP32 IoT Light Sleep Mode (JavaScript)

Hi,

I would like some help on coding a light sleep mode for my device in javascript to increase battery life.

1) I would like the WiFi to be on to accept requests through a app on the phone
2) Power off during certain times
3)Wake up with GPIO pins either from the button or wake up intimately every 30 minutes to say wake up and check the system then go back to sleep
