ESP32 for my keyboard (Roland)

Hi!,
I have a Roland Juno G and I would like to know if with a ESP has read 1 bus of 8 bits from my roland juno G and 3wires ( write enable, Chip select 1, chipselect 2, ) total 11 wires for read data of lcd ( with a flex cable) from the bus, the bus of roland juno g has 64MHz and i would like know what model of ESP32 is correct for read data from this bus and send to lcd colour.
My original lcd is broked, can you help my about this problem. May I use ESP32 for read data with sufficient speed?
