How to read 16 bit Parallel Data IN & OUT using ESP-32

HI,

I m trying to communicate with an External ADC( AD7616) with esp32. The ADC supports 1 MSPS Data Out either on QSPI or using 16 bit Parallel communication.

In QSPI data is produced on Two data Line SDOA and SDOB. Since ESP32 support QSPI only on Flash/memory devices so this cannot be used.

Further Using 16 Bit parallel communication IN & OUT doesn't have any established procedure. After searching a lot on this Forum ,I found data can be sent using I2S LCD Mode and it can be read using I2S Camera Mode.

I m Not sure how exactly to use both for My purpose. Is there any other way of Reading data on parallel to achieve 1 MSPS.

For example Reading PORT directly using a timer or counter . The data has to be read and then wireless transferred to a PC Device.

All Suggestion and support is welcome.
