Dual RS232-HS, Failed, Device driver software was not successfully installed.

This is the first time I plugged in the ESP-WROVER-KIT,
USB Composite Device, USB Serial Converter A, USB Serial Port (COM40) were all installed successfully.
Only Dual RS232-HS failed.
What could be the problem?

I fixed it by myself. Just by going into device manager and find the unsupported device and do a driver update.
