SD card on GPIO7..to GPIO11 of ESP-WROOM-32

The last solution is what we are going to do for prodcution. We will expose GPIO0,GPIO2 pasd to ground them when we have to program the firmware.

Just a side question about interna flash and strapping pin. What about MTDI (GPIO12) ? I understand that it selects the voltage of VDD_SDIO. In case it is selected as 1.8V, is internal flash working like 3.3V or performances are reduced? Or the internal flash only works at 3.3V?
