SPI slave speed problem

I know that a bunch of fixes have been applied in later chips (ESP32-S2, ESP32-C3, ESP32-S3), but given the fact that the SPI slave driver still has the 4-byte multiple stated as a restriction, I don't think that has changed. I'll ask around internally, if it turns out to be different I'll post it here.
